As we aimed to increase the understanding and adoption of The Trade Desk’s core company values, we commissioned notable artists from around the globe to illustrate ‘word art’ to bring them to life. Each artist was located in a city where TTD operates.

The brief was simple. We gave a short description of each value and asked them to express its meaning visually. The only ask was to include our TTD blue and a small ‘Easter egg’, or item that showcased The Trade Desk culture hidden throughout the artwork (our icon, unicorns, etc.) Otherwise, no parameters.

The launch was a complete success. Through employee post cards, swag and even video content, the values are completely ingrained in every aspect of TTD culture.
